The Great Omi: Horace Riddler

Horace Riddler was a World War I soldier fighting for the English. After the war was over, though, Ridler wanted to become a sideshow act. It took 150 hours and $10,000 to get the tattoos completed. The Great Omi, as he began to call himself, traveled through England and France. He later added a nose ring, and hired a dentist to file his teeth.
